Students’ Stock Market Challenge is a learning-based investment competition designed to help students take their first steps into the world of investing.

Although the format includes competition elements, the primary goal is not only to win, but to learn how investing works in practice—in a safe, simulated environment using real market data. Participants gain hands-on experience with portfolios, risk, diversification, and decision-making, while reflecting on the consequences of their choices over time.

Economy can be talked about in the pulic space
The challenge combines individual learning with a strong team-based format. While individual performance is recognised, the team competition is given greater weight to emphasise that financial knowledge does not have to be a private matter.
By competing in teams, students are encouraged to discuss strategies, decisions, and outcomes openly—showing that economics and investing are topics we can talk about together, not just alone.
